Quotation
We prepare a clear quotation, usually in KES, covering product, shipping, and duties for your approval.

Payment verification
After you pay following our secure instructions, your payment proof is manually reviewed and confirmed.

Procurement
Once payment is verified, we purchase and prepare your piece with our supplier for import.

Shipping
Your order is shipped and moves through import handling on its way to Kenya.

Arrival
Your piece arrives in Kenya and is prepared for final delivery or local pickup.

Delivery
Your order is delivered to you, or made ready for collection in Nairobi.
